LEAD TIME

For ground shipments, expect your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Delivery via truck takes 7-10 business days.

For smaller products, shipping will take place through UPS Ground in 3-5 business days, and for larger items, shipping will take place via truck in 7-10 business days.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed after 12 pm EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders received after 12 pm EST on Fridays begin processing on the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. This will affect Jump the Line, Next Day and Second Day shipping methods.

• By Email: Scan and email your warranty card and a copy of your receipt to contactus@lemproducts.com for quicker processing of your warranty.

*It is essential that you submit a copy of your purchase receipt with your warranty registration in order to activate the product warranty. Maintaining your original proof of purchase is an absolute necessity if you wish to validate the warranty on any product. This should be a priority, as it could save you time and money in the long run. Please note: food items and DVDs are excluded from this requirement.*

How do I operate the controls for the dehydrator?

The user-friendly controls make it incredibly easy to set the timer from 1-24 hours and adjust the temperature between 90 - 155°F. You won't have to search through a manual for instructions, as there is an informative guide right by the controls for dehydrating fruits, vegetables, meat, or jerky.

If you plan on sticking to the same menu, then our preset temperature buttons make cooking simpler and faster. With just one click of a button, your meal can be cooked at up to three different customized temperatures according to whatever recipe you are following. Our all-digital user interface is both easy-to-use and straightforward for setting it up!

Are the trays dishwasher-safe?

Yes! Cleaning up is a breeze, you can run the trays through the dishwasher after you're done dehydrating.
